2. KDMedia reserves the right to refuse entry to guests if it chooses.
3. KDMedia Ltd is not liable for any other costs incurred by guests attending the event.
4. No refunds can be made.
5. Payment can be made by credit or debit card online.
6. Payment for event tickets is required upon booking.
7. No places can be reserved without payment.
8. Substitute guests/delegates will be accepted at any time up to 48 hours prior to an event.
9. KDMedia Ltd accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions as expressed by the speakers, chairman or any other persons at the event.
10. KDMedia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the event.
